Physiotherapy includes targeted measures for the treatment of musculoskeletal complaints as well as for the restoration and improvement of mobility, strength and coordination. It is used for both acute complaints and rehabilitation after injuries or surgeries.
Manual techniques for mobilization of joints, muscles, and nerves are used, as well as active exercises specifically designed to improve physical function. Functional training approaches help optimize movement patterns in everyday life, increase stability, and reduce the risk of injury.
A special focus is on the individual adaptation of the therapy. Depending on the symptoms, different methods are combined – from classical physical therapy to equipment-based training to specialized concepts such as neurological rehabilitation or vertigo therapy.
Additionally, physical applications such as electrotherapy or ultrasound, as well as manual lymphatic drainage, can be used to promote healing processes and relieve pain.
Also in the sporting context physiotherapy plays a central role: it not only supports the return to load after injuries but also contributes to performance enhancement and prevention.
The goal is to sustainably improve physical function, reduce complaints, and create the conditions for active, stable, and resilient movement in everyday life and sports.
